Mr. Ravi Goyal serves as the Ombudsperson of Lilawati Devi Mahavidyalaya. The Ombudsperson plays a neutral and impartial role in ensuring that the rights of students, faculty, and staff are protected, and grievances are addressed fairly and efficiently.

The Ombudsperson functions as an independent authority to review and resolve complaints, ensuring justice and maintaining institutional harmony.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and addressing grievances from students, faculty, and staff related to academic, administrative, or service matters.
• Ensuring impartial and timely resolution of complaints through fair procedures.
• Providing confidential advice and support to individuals facing challenges within the institution.
• Monitoring compliance with institutional policies and regulations regarding grievance redressal.
• Promoting a culture of fairness, accountability, and transparency within the institution.
• Reporting major issues and recommendations to the governing authorities.
