Our Fee Refund Policy

Lilawati Devi Mahavidyalaya follows the University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines for fee refunds to ensure a transparent, fair, and student-friendly approach for admission withdrawal cases.

Refund Structure:

Refund Percentage Conditions
100% Withdrawal up to 15 days before the start of the academic session
(₹1,000 processing fee may be deducted)
90% Withdrawal less than 15 days before the session begins
80% Withdrawal within 15 days after the session starts
50% Withdrawal between 16 to 30 days after session commencement
No Refund Withdrawal after 30 days from the start of the academic session

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date of withdrawal application.
  • The policy is clearly displayed during the admission process and in college communications.
  • In case of unresolved issues, students can file a complaint with the University Grants Commission (UGC).
