About the Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) of Lilawati Devi Mahavidyalaya is formed to provide a fair and transparent mechanism for resolving grievances of students, faculty, and staff. The committee ensures issues are addressed promptly, confidentially, and without bias.

The GRC addresses matters related to academics, administration, financial concerns, harassment, and other institutional issues to ensure a healthy and inclusive campus atmosphere.

Functions of the Committee

Receive and address grievances from students and staff promptly and confidentially.
Maintain a transparent mechanism for complaint redressal.
Ensure no discrimination or harassment of any kind occurs within the institution.
Monitor implementation of suggestions/recommendations.
Promote a safe and respectful learning and working environment.

Note: Grievance forms are available at the office and on the college website. Confidentiality of complainants is strictly maintained.
