Purpose of the Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Lilawati Devi Mahavidyalaya has been constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The ICC aims to ensure a secure environment free from sexual harassment, where dignity and safety are upheld for all stakeholders, especially women.

The ICC encourages the reporting of such incidents and ensures fair and timely redressal in a confidential and respectful manner.

Responsibilities of the ICC

Receive and address complaints related to sexual harassment in a timely and fair manner.
Maintain confidentiality and dignity of all parties involved.
Create awareness through seminars and workshops.
Submit an annual report of complaints and actions taken to the institution's authorities.

Zero Tolerance: Lilawati Devi Mahavidyalaya maintains zero tolerance toward any form of harassment or discrimination.
